In addition I recently stood as the Parliamentary Candidate for the Vale of Clwyd where I and my team have made the seat a close marginal at both Assembly and Westminster level.

THANK YOU VALE OF CLWYD - Thank you to the 12,508 people who supported me and voted for our positive message of hope and change in the Westminster election. We halved the Labour majority which is now only 2,500 making the seat a close marginal in addition to it being a very tight marginal at Assembly level with a majority of only 92 votes. Well done to my team and all our supporters and a big thanks to the thousands of people we met in the community in the run up to and during the campaign. Together we have changed the political make-up of the Vale from council wards through the Assembly and on to the parliamentary level.
